Digital products purchased from us online have no return policy, if for any reason you are less convinced with your purchase, we are here to help. Physical products purchased from us online are eligible for return within 8 – 14 days and exchange within 8 – 14 days from the date of purchase, only if provided the product has been unused and not damaged. This exchange or refund does not apply to items which are personalized or customised. Our QC team will assess the product upon return / exchange. Any signs of the product being used or tampered, would make the product ineligible for exchange or refund.
In case the exchanged value is higher than the previous purchase made, the customer will have to pay the difference in value between the new product and old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser that the original purchased value, the difference will be held as credit by 3DDesigner.in for any future purchases.
Shipping/Exchanges are not applicable for products that have been altered or tampered by third parties. 3DDesigner.in will not be responsible for any items which are lost or damaged once it has been delivered to you by the delivery service.
Please note in some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistics partner where you can drop your product in a sealed envelope. Make sure before creating a return parcel, you take photos and video from all angles of the condition of the product, so that if in case the product is damaged in the reverse transit by the delivery partner, misunderstandings don’t arise between our valuable client and 3DDesigner.in . You will not be charged anything for this return shipping (Only if the product delivered was damaged or not in good condition or incorrect item) if it is within our stipulated time frames.

While returning any items, please ensure that it is unused/tampered and is packed in the original 3DDesigner.in box/pouch and with all the items you have received the package with. Make sure you also attach the original invoice and authenticity certificate provided to you.
Your shipping /returns will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our Quality Check department. Once the product passes the quality check, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 8 – 14 days.
The refund will be processed via debit/credit card in case of an online payment and by bank transfer in case of cash payment.
